Victor Valley Civic Plaza Victorville, California |

|
Victorville has grown from an agricultural and cement manufacturing town into a city of almost 100,000 people and one of the most important hubs in California for the rapidly growing logistics industry. As the City has expanded outward, several pockets of land remain undeveloped near the Civic Center and the original downtown along historic Route 66. The Civic Center area is now seen as the "new downtown" where most of the new commercial development is needed to serve western Victorville.

The Victorville Redevelopment Agency would like to see a 5-acre site developed into a multi-use project based around retail. Based upon previous economic studies conducted by Renaissance Community Fund's affiliate, Kosmont Companies, RCF recognizes the area would also need new and attractive Class "A" office space to accommodate the small-mid size businesses that would support the region's industrial and logistics industry. RCF has secured an exclusive option agreement with Agency and is in process of designing a 36,800 square feet of office and two restaurants to serve workers and the neighboring community.
