Larry J. Kosmont, CRE
Managing Partner


Larry J. Kosmont, with a 30-year career in public and private real estate, is a nationally recognized expert specializing in matching private sector real estate opportunities with public sector land use policies, regulations, and financing/incentive programs. Mr. Kosmont has served as City Manager and Director of various city departments including redevelopment, economic development, planning, housing, and transportation for numerous Southern California cities. He has negotiated and managed real estate development transactions with a total value exceeding $10 billion. Mr. Kosmont has assisted hundreds of local government agencies in project and policy decisions; and he has guided over 1,000 projects for public agencies and private sector clients in obtaining approvals, structuring deal terms and securing public and private financing. He is also well known for his national publication, the Kosmont - Rose Institute Cost of Doing Business Survey®.


Craig Stevens
Partner

Craig Stevens, co-founding member of the Renaissance Community Fund, has developed over 1,000 apartment units and 700,000 square feet of Class A office space. During his 33 years in commercial real estate, Mr. Stevens has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in commercial sales, land assemblage, and leasing transactions exceeding $3 billion. Mr. Stevens has served as the exclusive agent for Chandler/Peck Development Builders, Warner Bros., Exxon, Peck Jones, Coca-Cola Company, and Johnson Wax Development, USA. He has also been co-developer and/or partner in several projects.


Susan Perry, Esq.
Partner

Susan Perry directs the due diligence and entitlement effort in securing approvals for RCF's projects. Ms. Perry evaluates the zoning and regulatory hurdles to overcome in proceeding with a proposed RCF development; assesses a proposed project's opportunities, constraints and political acceptability with the community and decision-making bodies; creates an entitlement roadmap for RCF; and implements the strategy leading to project and environmental approvals. She is an attorney and a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association, has served as President of the Southern California Development Forum (SCDF), and remains active on SCDF's Advisory Board of Directors
