Pomona Palm Lakes Golf Course

The City of Pomona owns the Palm Lake Golf Course which is a neglected 9-hole golf course and driving range, tucked into a fully built-out residential neighborhood. Unfortunately, the course suffers from poor topography and maintenance and thus detracts from its usefulness and appearance.

Revitalization of the site will involve the construction of approximately 45 units of single-family, workforce housing in place of the existing course which will be relocated and redeveloped in an improved configuration on the adjacent site of the seldom-used driving range. RCF will also build a new multipurpose community building which will serve both the golf course patrons and the neighbors. Together, this project will provide new housing stock for the city and provide a public recreational use while blending with the existing community character.
